November 19, 2020
Liz and Christian shared their outdoor “I Dos” at The Tidewater Inn, the center of charming and historic Easton, Maryland. Their big day was an absolutely incredible example of how to persevere during the craziness that is 2020. The Tidewater Inn approached my couple only three months or so before their wedding day to ask if they would be able to shift the date by a day. That way, the couple could occupy more outdoor space and ballrooms to better adhere to social distancing guidelines. These two didn’t waste any time saying yes, and we, the creative team, was more than happy to help.
Liz and Christian radiated laughter and joy throughout the entire day. I was lucky enough to have a perfect view of Liz taking her first steps down the aisle. Her smile was infectious! I still can’t help smiling while browsing their beautiful wedding gallery by Cecile Storm Pictures.
Thank you L & C for allowing me to be a part of your wedding day, masked and all! It was perfect from start to finish and one I’ll not soon forget! Enjoy your painting and I sincerely hope you have a marriage even more beautiful than your wedding day!
Liz & Christian requested a painting capturing them walking up the aisle after being pronounced husband and wife. The view and perspective of the painting is actually quite accurate to how I was able to watch their ceremony! The angle allowed for me to fit in every member of the wedding party as well as the fireplace and stone walls under the tent. I capped the end of the aisle with a likeness of the floral arrangements that actually beautified the indoor reception area!
