Below you'll find my three signature live wedding painting experiences. Each package varies based on canvas size and number of additional individuals included in the final masterpiece. Please note that the prices below do not include travel! Generally, weddings more than three hours from my home in Arlington, VA require a $500 flat travel fee to help cover a flight/mileage and hotel room the evening of the wedding.

When Should We Book You?

What do you need from us in order to book you?

What do you need from our venue in order to work?

I see you're based in DC. Are you able to travel?

The moment we want painted is super short. Can you still paint it?

When will I receive my completed painting?

My wedding has already passed! Can I send you a photograph to paint?

ASAP! This isn't an annoying sales pitch, simply honesty. I often book six months to a year and a half in advance, and often receive multiple inquiries for the same date. I unfortunately cannot hold dates without a signed contract and retainer!

A signed contract and 33% retainer will secure your big day in my calendar, along with all of your supplies. The remaining balance is then divided into two equal installments to help create an accessible payment plan.

I carry $1,000,000 in liability insurance. On the big day, all I need is a designated 6x6' space in order to do my thing! Otherwise, I bring all necessary materials. I will also require a vendor meal at some point during the evening.

Absolutely! A great first step is choosing a ceremony or reception moment. I'll then ask for more detailed information regarding any specific details I should capture as we approach the big day. Don't forget, I can add in pets or family who have passed on!

Absolutely! In 2019 alone I painted weddings in 10 different states. Simply inquire with me for more detailed travel information and quotes! With a pilot hubby, I do my best to keep my travel rates as low as possible for my couples and clients.

Definitely. I have a special arm on my easel that holds my phone and tablet. It's no problem at all to work off of sneaky reference photographs taken during your brief moment for the remainder of the evening.

Great question! It's super dependent on your wedding date and the package experience you choose. If the painting needs additional touch ups in studio, on average couples can expect their painting back in 4-8 weeks. However, during peak seasons it may take longer.

Absolutely! One of my specialties is creating gorgeous, cohesive paintings based on numerous inspirational photographs. Simply reach out for more information about custom commission options!

how my business gives back

A common theme you'll notice throughout my art and clients is a love for dogs and animals. To help other fur babies find their future families, a portion of every live painting service or custom work of art is donated to local rescue groups, including Lucky Dog Animal Rescue, the organization that brought me my fur baby Bolt!

It's my hope that, when you invest in one of my paintings or services, you'll not only be blessed by it, but feel good about your purchase! Heres to saving more lives...together!
